- One day delivery is not available before weekly offs & public holidays.
- Urgent delivery of garments will be charged @ extra.
- Offers and discount will not be applicable in case of urgent delivery or delivery required before normal delivery timeline.
- Please make sure there is nothing left in Any of the pockets. We do not be responsible for any losses/ damage under such circumstances.
- We are not responsible for fastness / running of colour / shrinkage / damage to embellishments / embroidery work on the garments during process.
- Every effort is made to remove stains, but we will not be responsible for stubborn and un-removable stains
- In case, garments / home linen get damaged in the process, we may consider payments of the compensation, which will be limited to 10 times of the service charge
- Customers are requested to examine garments at the time of delivery.
- All claims must be made within 48 hours after the items are returned and must be accompanied by the original laundry bill. After 48 hours no complaints will be entertained
- No compensation will be paid by cash
- While we try to meet our interactive delivery timeline, we can’t guarantee the same due to factors beyond our control
- Please note that we will not be responsible if the garments are not collected within days from the date of scheduled delivery.
- We accept no liability for any loss or damage of the clothes arising due to fire, burglary etc.
- The tariff of designer wear will be decided on a case to case basis depending on the complexity of the garments.
- We will undertake the cleaning process of designer wear based on the recommendations / suggestions given by the designer, provided our technology supports the same.
- We may use the images of your clothes for promotional purposes.
- All the leagal matters to be settled under Kolkata Jurisdiction only.
